You see a lot of people in your locality dumping garbage and litter in one of the empty plots in the area.This leads to a serious condition of files,bacteria,and other germs.Moreover stray animals like cows dogs also worsen the situation and the place has turned into a mess.Discuss with your partner

People are not getting serious about this situation. If someone tell them or inform them not to do this, still the people are doing this [throwing garbages]. We have to do something that they can make them feel shame for their deed. In situation of animals we have to look after the cows and other animals as a pet and should not let them go to road as they litter there,so use there wastes in manure in farm.... So that it can also be used in a good order..........
