Creating awareness among the people of the harmful effects of littering and dumping garbage. Those people who r found dumping should be charged with high amt of fine. The local people should take charge of the concerned locality .biodegradable waste should be dumped so that they can decay naturally. The non biodegradable waste should be recycled.
