Your locality would look very dirty , unhygienic condition would lead to pollution which will cause some serious illnesses like malaria, dengue etc. To over come this problem you could create posters , to create awareness you should make the people understand their mistakes and give speeches on this topic , you could ask help from the authorities , as a student you could ask the authority for making garbage dumping bins so that no one have to dump it in empty plots.
