You see a lot of people in your locality dumping garbage and little one of the empty plots in the area this lead to the serious condition of bacteria and other germs the also version this situation and the place is turn in mess

I would try to educate and aware them if these would be the same situation for next few weeks or months. I would even try to make the place clean. I would even say them not to throw the wastes in the empty plots of our locality. I would even say them that this throwing of garbage in the empty locality is turning into the mess and it makes our place unhygienic and untidy.
