When you soak the seeds of Bean and observe them after 2-3 days, the seed would be germinated.

During the process of germination, one must fill the seed with water which activates the growth enzyme.

The root is come out and accesses the available underground water.

The shoot is grown towards the Sun

By soaking the bean in water you will rehydrate it, this will kickstart the germination process and enable the bean plant to grow.

Firstly the bean will plump up as it’s cell rehydrate, you will notice a small lump which will begin to shoot from the side of the bean, this will grow taller, unfolding to reveal two seed leaves. Just after the stem shoot appears a root will appear and will grow downwards, looking t bury itself in the soil to allow the bean plant to find nutrients and water in the soil, the root also anchors the plant to prevent it falling or blowing over.
