Soapy water, that too on marble tile, reduces friction to a great extent, making the floor slippery. If we move forward, it will be difficult to stop quickly because of less friction.

Soapy Marble floor reduces the friction of the surface therefore it becomes more difficult to walk on the Soapy marble floor. This happens because to move forward we need to push the ground in backward direction which become difficult if friction is less.
