Explanation:

When resistors are connected in parallel, they have equal voltage so the following formula will be applied to calculate power of each resistor :

P = V2/R

So,  

P1 = V2/2R         ……….. (1)

P2 = V2/3R        ………… (2)

Dividing equation 1 and 2

P1/P2 = 3:2

Hence, the power ratio will be 3:2.
