When resistors are connected in parallel, potential difference across them will be equal.

Power = V²/R

Power of resistor with resistance 2R = V²/2R =P1

Power of resistor with resistance 3R = V²/3R =P2

P1:P2 = (1/2R) : (1/3R) = 3:2
