Generally yt shows most relevant comments, for example the comments having more likes in top comments and new comments in recent comments.
But if your comment doesn't get much like, it will be very difficult to find it on top comments and in recent comments also, as new comments are getting filled up in the recent comments.
Otherwise, if your comment will violate the community guidelines of yt, it will be deleted by yt authors.
