_________Answer___________

Here, Newton's Third law of motion is represented.

Now,

What is Newton's Third Law of Motion ?

According to Newton's Third law of motion,when one objects exerting force on another object ,the object on which force is applied also exert equal and opposite force on the object which exert force on it.

i.e. Action force is always equal and opposite to reaction force

  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:    \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  { \boxed{F_A=-F_R}}

Where ,\: F_A=Action  \: force \\ And  \: F_R=Reaction  \: Force  \:  \:

So,when we turn on garden hose the water come out of pipe with a force applied in direction of water so, the water also apply equal and opposite force on pipe.
