A rectangular lawn is 9.5 metres by 7.5 metres.
Work out how much lawn sand is needed for the lawn?

Area of the rectangular lawn= (9.5×7.5)m²

= 71.25m²

Now given, that

For 1m² lawn 136 grams of lawn sand is needed

For 71.25m² lawn (136×71.25)grams is needed

Therefore 9690 grams of sand is needed for the lawn

ANS IS 9690
