1) we can create awareness by making posters in which the correct reason for why not doing that thing should be written with how can we stop it from occurring. And doing rallies so that everyone has an idea about it.
2)students can also make posters, and if they see anyone doing this again they can stop them and tell them not to do it cause it makes the monuments look dirty and the monuments lose their importance.
