last week I visited the city of Agra along with my family.We visited the tuk-tuk to Akbar's Tomb, the Agra fort and the most wonderful Tajmahal.It is situated in the city of Agra.It was built in Agra between 1631 and 1648 by order of the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his favourite wife, the Taj Mahal is the jewel of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world's heritage It took him 16 years to complete the masterpiece and itis one among the finest mughal architecture.It is made from Makrana marble also called as the white marble, which is World's most renowned marble. Its compared with the shades of milk, and adds an aura to the place where it is used.It is one of the universally admired masterpieces of the UNESCO world's heritage.Taj mahal is one among the seven wonders of the world.

There are many beautiful and worth seeing historical places in India .But the Taj Mahal of Agra is the most beautiful of all . It is a dream in marble My friend and l visited that in the last summer vacations . The vision cast a spell over me. It stood in Unique majesty. What a fine lay out indeed ! This is what one could say on the spot. It looked white on all sides. The green tufts of glass and the greenshots of hot Cyprus trees adornded its majestic beauty. Nature's beauty made the ground of the building look all the move beautiful. We went down the Staircase. We found the graves of the king and the queen under the dome in a dark chamber. Multicolored pieces of glass and couplets from the Quran decorated the sidewalls. The four minarets stood as watchmen at each of the main building. A full moonlight followed therext day. We visited the Taj again that night. Its beauty smiled in the silvery light of the moon. It was a memorable scene. The Taj Mahal was built about three hundred and fifty years ago by the mughal Emperor Shah Jahan , in memory of his beloved Queen Mumtaj. This is one of the most wonderful historical place in the India.
