 I live in South Delhi and I have a been a resident of Delhi for a period of 10 years. I want to get the membership, in the National Library. Kindly let me know the procedure so that I can become the member at your esteemed library and avail the pleasure of reading the various books for which I have longed for all these years.  

I have heard that the Library has many rare and very old books on Archaeology, and anthropology. I can pay online too. I have a net banking facility. Please let me know about the procedure as early as you can.
