Let the length of each rope =xm
Angle made by the rope with the pole 30∘
From the figure
cos30∘=x10⇒23=x10⇒x=310×2
∴x=320
∴ The length of each rope =320m
∴ Total length of the rope =3×320
=203=20×1.732=34.64m
