It's a simple answer to it :)
Take ur skirt and Iron it properly on medium flame according to the skirt material, means adjustment of temperature.
Then after ironing it , it will try to absorb the wetness of the skirt , n then it will get dried up nicely , if still after 5mins still little left wet then repeat the procedure.
And now u r ready to wear it for ur party , and as u ironed it so it will look more decent sober.
