Answer:
Duped during Morning Walk
We must keep caution always with us. We may encounter swindlers anytime any moment during the day. I am saying so because I was swindled last week quite early in the morning.
As usual, I went to a public garden for morning walk at 5:30 a.m. There were not many people around. After four rounds of the park, I sat for a few moments on the bench to catch my breath. Presently, a pleasant looking man in his fifties came to the same bench and sat with a smile on his face. He greeted me and struck a conversation with me. He said, “I am a traveler, passing through the town. I would be grateful if you could tell me the way to the bust stand.” I began explaining him the way, and suddenly the man sprayed something near my nose and became blank!
When I opened my eyes I found myself lying on a hospital bed surrounded by my family members; they were looking worried. I was told I was found lying unconscious on the garden bench. I had been rushed to the hospital by my elder son who had come to see me in the garden as I had got quite late in reaching home.
Later on it was confirmed the man who had asked me way to the bus stand had been swindler. The CCTV in the garden had recorded everything. After making me unconscious, the swindler had taken my mobile and purse and sneaked away. The police had caught him. The swindler had confessed to the crime.
I have written this account so that people can be conscious while dealing with strangers at odd hours of the day.
