I hope you find this letter in best of your health and high spirits. It has been days, I haven't met you. So i felt writing to you about where I have been last week. Recently I got to visit the outskirts of Gujarat, which yet being a part of it was far away from it. A place drained of comfy life that the people here spend. It was a village area but not even met a distant expectation of dingy roads and smelly dwellings one can associate. On the contrary is was full of life, energy and enthusiasm. Folk dance constitute some of the most beautiful attractions there. Eyecatching dresses full of the colors of rainbow, shells and mirrors adorned the bodies of those joyful dancing spirits. All were engrossed dancing to the tune of music, free minded and light heartedly, yet providing a treat to watch. Thanks to the two similar looking sticks which gave a additional catch to that amazing dance form. I remember what they call 'dandiya'. We spent hours in their company, watching them and meanwhile joining them, and catching their moves. The experience we have been through there was like getting lost into another world which has by chance remained unaffected by those tensions stresses, burdens and all coming along with so called 'Kalyuga'. All thanks to my school, that i got a chance to visit that particular area. I am in love with that dance form, which I came to know was called 'Garba'. Ohh sorry! I again drowned in the magic of that form. But I definitely recommend you also to be to that place, and I am sure you are going to like it.
