Dear Diary,
You don't always get a meet-and-greet with Rick Riordian, do you? Well, I don't
either. But, I got the next best thing; a trip to Niagara Falls! It was beautiful!
The blue, cloudless sky reflected onto the rushing currents of the upper water body before it fell into the gorge from the high rocks. I almost felt like being one with the falling water, feeling the thrill of plunging down from cloud nine and into the splashing pool underneath. I could see a bunch of little koi swimming about in the clear fluid, cute! I kind of wanted to swim in the waterfall, before I noticed the crocodiles. Never mind!
