Recently, I went out for dinner with my family to a restaurant.
- I was saddened to see a lot of food being wasted.
- People ordered more than they could eat and half-eaten dishes were returned.
- People left food on their plates without thinking twice about how millions go to bed on an empty stomach.
- Instead, we must order a little less than required as we can always order food again.
- Always keep in mind the effort that goes in producing food and how many never get a decent meal.
- Some restaurants in Germany started a policy of charging extra from customers who left food on their plate.
- There are organisations that collect leftover food after parties or weddings to feed it to the underprivileged and needy.

To,
The Food Minister

Hello i am gurjeet and i am writong this letter to inform you that yesterday when i went to a restaurant i saw that many customer order much of food for show and then they dont eat it all and nor they take the parcel. And then the waiter throws all the food in the dustbin. Do they known that beggars beg the whole day for money to get some food. But no one gives money or food easily some people only give 2 rupess. From which we cant even buy a chapati. Of anyone cant eat that mucj food then take that parcel and it on the next day or give that to the beggars or your neighbour hood. But no one does that. Or there should.be a rule that if you cant eat all the food you should take that in parcel or if they dont take they give that to the waiters and they would give to some beggars who are in need. Hope this rule should be put on all of the resraurants. Hope you understand what i want to tell you.

Your sincerly
XYZ

Hope it was helpful
