Today is an exciting day. My cousins Preeti, Simran, my parents and some near friends and I are in Rishikesh. This is our summer vacation for the week as a family. I really enjoy family vacations. This one is really nice because we didn’t have to stay at a hotel; we are staying at the house of some family relatives. We ate delicious homemade food and in the evening went to see the famous places in Rishikesh such as Triveni Ghat, Lakshman Jhula and lots of beautifultemples. We went to local market which is really big and very near to home. From there we bought lots of beautifulwooden ornaments, utensils and many other famous and unique things from the market. My dad just walked around with us and did not buy anything at all. We also went to a party hosted by my father’s friends which was really fun. We left really late and it was such a fun party. We recently got home and are really to go to sleep after such a long day. In the morning we will go for river rafting and we all are very excited.
