Dear Diary
I am very upset today! I have been disillusioned about the hostel life! And I don't want to continue living here any longer! I had fancied such a rosy picture about hostel life in my mind! All turned out to be ugly. I had thought hostel meant freedom, fun, no limitations and restrictions of parents. However, it appears as if I am in a prison! You have to get up so early in the morning! You have to study in the compulsory preparatory period! You have to cook even the food that you would have thrown to dogs at home! The worst of all, you are beaten with an iron scale if you don't do according to the strict standards of the hostel! Never ever, has my either of parents even slapped me all my life! And today..., my darn class teacher beat me with iron scale for missing my early morning preparatory period!
I have decided I won't live here! I am missing my home! There was so much freedom there! I have realized it when I got something for comparison. It is true, we don't value our blessings until we lose them! I am going to write to my father about the beating. He will take the class-teacher to task!
