Answer:

The answer to this is really simple.

Explanation:

First let us consider the situation. I went to a club with my friend. I told "can I have H₂O?" and my friend asked - "can i have H₂O too?". We both received drinks and we both drank them but I stayed alive but my friend choked to death. What was the cause of his death

Answer - Apparently, the cause of his death was misunderstanding of the bartender. Let us see why is it so. I asked for H₂O which is water. But my friend asked for "H₂O too" which was heard by the bartender as H₂O₂ which is hydrogen peroxide, an oxidising as well as reducing agent and a very unstable compound. So, he drank hydrogen peroxide mistaking it for water as they both have the same colour, that is colourless and both are tasteless. So, the death was caused from choking from hydrogen peroxide.
