If i became the principal of a school, i would strive for the students to like the school, even at the cost of the happiness of the teachers. I will train the teachers to think of the children as their own. I want my children to be disappointed to miss a school day. I want all my children to be excited to be coming to school. I want all my children to feel very safe and feel like this is their second home.
