Yesterday, on 15/04/2020 a very danger drought occured near Bhubaneshwar. The train number KN15240, Konark Express left Chennai on 14/04/2020. The train left the city on time. The train started delaying as it entered Odisha. It was at night when the train was nearing bhubaneshwar. As it was night time, everyone was fast asleep and suddenly the stopping of train with a loud noise awakened everyone. The 3 bogies of the train got derailed.
According to the local police 31 people died at 200 people got severely injured. The injured are admitted in the hospital and taken care of. The accident had left many people in post traumatic stress disorder
