Dear diary,
I was walking on the road while listening to music when I suddenly noticed some boys throwing stones at a puppy. The puppy looked hurt and none of the boys felt any form of guilt for bullying the puppy. I was incredibly sad because that was when I found out that humanity isn't always the best. I quickly ran towards the puppy and scolded the boys before taking the puppy to an animal shelter.
The puppy started whimpering and it was quite sad. It had bruises all over its white and furry body. The vet quickly took the puppy in and started treating it by injecting something into its body and bandaging the puppy's bruises. As soon as that was over, the puppy slowly approached me and I offered to adopt it.
Her name is Daisy and now she is officially my puppy.
