it due to buoyancy force acting on your body
by water
which is gratter than your force which you are acting on water

This is due to buoyancy.

When an object is immersed in liquid, the object experiences an upward force called buoyant force/upthrust.
This buoyant force oppose the real weight of of the object immersed.

We can feel lighter because this force lifts us upwards.
