All humans will experience the power of positivity at least once in their life. Positivity is very essential skill for the one who seek to gain something even due to any loss. It is like the one who possess the strength of positivity can go all the way entire life avoiding and reaching obstacles but never giving up. Also Optimism makes our stress relieved. People say that when you really want something or want to do something, entire world will conspire you in making it true. Hence optimism makes us feel confident and then we will be in the same track as we wanted.
In times of negative thoughts, this definitely will be a challenge. In these moments, a single positive thing, no matter how small,that happened in that day or any exciting upcoming event can drive our focus on the right path.
The main thing is that we must have something positive that we're ready to shift our attention, when our thoughts turn negative.
It is also to be noticed that the more we ruminate on negative thoughts, the more power we give them. Most of our negative thoughts are just thoughts, not facts. If we take moment to slow down these negative momentum of thoughts, we will be rational & clear headed in evaluating their veracity. This cycle of negativity must be separated from the facts to move toward a positive new outlook.
