• To change any direct speech into indirect we need to follow some rules like we need to remove all quotation marks and inverted commas without changing the meaning. Always a full stop to be put at the end of a sentence. Within the quotation marks and commas, the tenses of the verbs should be modified. When the reporting verb in direct speech is in the simple future tense, all present tenses in indirect speech will remain the same.
