Today I saw a great incident in the road .

When I am crossing the road a family is riding with a bike .There are three members sitting in the bike then suddenly another underaged child came in a wrong side of the road and he pushed that bike from the bike and the bike dropped to the ground then the police came and asked about the licence of the underaged child but he has no documents, he is only riding the bike for fun.

The police asked the nearby people and all told what they saw even I also told the incident.

The police called the child's parents and they give fee for riding a bike because the child was only 15
