Our school had conducted a debate competition for the students on grade 9. The given topics for the debate were ''Is social media beneficial?'' and " Artificial Intelligence - a threat to humanity". The debates were worth watching. You could see the shine in the eyes of participants. The debate was tremendous. The participants had created confusion for the judges.
Then came the final round. The 2 teams were welcomed with huge round of applause. It was really a tough competition . Then , the against team won the game. It was really a very memorable moment for us-the winners. We didn't let the runners - up feel bad. We shook hands with them and showed our kindness." It was nice having argued with you" , said one of the runners-up to the winners.
