Accept my congratulations for the recent success in the project. Under your visionary leadership the project was completed in the record time. All the team members worked enthusiastically and untiringly.  

I have a suggestion to make. I feel there should be a party to celebrate this success. This will help in raising the morale, loyalty, bonding of the team members and they will be motivated to complete other projects in the same manner.
