Dear staff

It has come to our notice that some staff are not dressed appropriately when they come to office. This can upset or offend others, beside causing unnecessary distraction.  

Please note that with immediate effect, all staff are requested to follow the below mentioned dress code, when they come to office.

a) Dress code is smart casuals

b) No shorts, mini-skirts, tops showing mid-riff, low cut blouses etc.

c) No low hanging trousers, ripped-jeans

We request your cooperation and support in this matter.

Dear managers and supervisors,

We are introducing a dress code for a number of reasons, among which maintaining professionalism is one.

A dress code establishes a standard which the average employee is comfortable with and can follow, without much hassle, and implement.

The headgear is not allowed. However, you can wear jewelry, provided they are modest enough to conform to the standards of the policy.

Jeans and bib overalls are permitted for manufacturing wear.

Athletic shoes are allowed too.
