It is true that the national income of a country tends to suffer when the youth look elsewhere for opportunities and end up migrating. It is basic that people want to make their lives better for themselves which is why they seize the moment. So, if a country aims at stopping their youth from leaving their country they may adopt the approach of making their own country a better place for the youths' future.
Then this country should be the one to provide good opportunities like, better educational facilities and policies for the students, examples include scholarships.
