we have to convert the unit so

22* 10^10 10^5 dyne / 1 dyne / (10^2 cm/1cm)

1 newton = 10^5 dyne

22 * 10^10 * 10^5 * 10^ -4

22* 10^11 dyne/cm2

i think the value of young modulus of steel is 1.9 * 10^11 N/m2
