we all know that
1 newton=100000 dynes =10 to the power 5
1 meter square=10000cm square=10 to the power 4 cm square
1n/msquare=10 to the power9 dynes/cm square
so 19*10 to the power10*10 to the power 9=1.9*10 to the power 20dynes/cm square
