The logic is so:
If B was guilty, then A and C were telling the truth.
If C was guilty, A and B were telling the truth.
However, if A was guilty, then only C was telling the truth. B accuses C of being guilty, so he is also lying.
Since it is given that only one is saying the truth, A is guilty for throwing the plane.
