I will try to convince my friend by telling him how unreasonable it is to bother other children. I will give him a scenario where he will be treated the same way as he treats them. I will try to show him how bad people feel when someone bothers them in this way. I will try to make him respect other people by making him understand the importance of respect which every other person requires.
The reason for his behavior can be that he is maybe never taught or stopped by his parents to not bother other kids like this, maybe he has a habit of doing this at home with his siblings or cousins so he was never asked not to do this as it is not very decent.

Partner 1: Hi Smita, did you hear that Shruti had a fight with Kavita again during games period. This is her fourth fight in last two weeks.
Partner 2: Yes Anu, I am well aware of her increasing arrogance and intolerance. Don't know what she gets out of it.
Partner 1 : I believe she has some complex due to which she behaves like it.
Partner 2 : Can't really say that, but it's sure that her reputation in school is at stake. The warden has warned her twice so far and if she doesn't correct herself, she might have to face consequences.
Partner 1: Do you feel we should talk with her and try to ask reasons behind her aggressiveness?
Partner 2: I think we should, being her friends, make her understand that it is not right to bully and mistreat junior students. It would digress her from her studies and bring her a bad name.
Partner 1: The other day I was talking with Kavita and she was really furious. She was saying that she would go to the Principal and complain about her. If it goes on like this, she may get suspension for a few days as well.
Partner 2: That can be disastrous. We better go to her room and talk about it and warn her, so that she stops her bullying younger students.
