your class moniter is incharge of checking students for proper school uniform & often penalises when they are at fault however you notice that he/shehimself often wear different types is socks & belts insterd of the ones which are the partof the school uniform?

The class students will get very badly effected by the behaviour of the monitor. Students may also not wear proper uniform. If teacher will say something about not in proper uniform to students then students may point out monitor. so this all will exploit the classroom enviornment

what do you think could be the best way to make her/him understand thats wrong?
according to me we should call the supervision staff in the classroom nd tell them about his/her inproper uniform all the time and insult him in front of class.
