your class monitor is in charge of checking students for proper uniform and often and penalised them which they are at fault however you notice that she/her himself Often wears different types of socks and belts instead of ones which is the part of a school uniform discuss how this might lmpact the class students. what do you think could be the best way to make her or Him understood that this is a wrong.

I will make them understand what will happen if they do like this. They are the ones incharge for this they themselves shouldn't be a uniform defaulter. If they do so the class students will also start doing like them as they will think that the leaders itself are doing like that then why shouldn't we?! so this shouldn't happen class leader should be a role model not a motivator for leading into a wrong path.

I would say the students that if u wear different kind of socks, Belgium then what will the other students and the junior ones learn from us. The class students who wore the daily basis unform will do the same.
U should come to school in a proper school uniform so that junior also can learn from us.
So we should maintain discipline and proper school uniform.
I would make them understand. I would say them it's wrong path they r going. And as a monitor i had to look after the students and I should encourage them in good things not bad
