Your class monitor is in charge of checking students for proper uniform and often penalizes them when they are at fault .however you notice that she/he herself/himself often wears different types of socks and belts instead of the ones which are part of the school uniform. This is a wrong thing,this may impact on others students nature too,this will encourage other students to do same and if monitor only do this then what will be the impact on others.And if he/she do himself,then he should'nt punish others also.You can make him understand that it's wrong by telling him/her and giving him/her warning that if he/shecontinues to do the same then the class teacher will remove him/her from the duty of monitor or first tell him/her nicely,then if he/she understands then it's well and good but if not then tell this to the class teacher and if no action is still taken or no improvement is there then tell this to principal.
