your class monitor is in charge of checking students for proper school uniform and often penalises them when they are at fault.however you notice that he himself often wears different types of socks and belt instead of the ones which are the part of school uniform1) how this might impact the class students?2) what you think could be the best way to make him understand that that's wrong?

1)as the leader himself is not responsible to his duties so it might impact the class students greatly. leader is a person who had to lead a group of people but if he fails to that the people also become like him. in this case the students make take it as an advantage and subsequently they also come to school in improper uniform. this makes the students completely irresponsible. they might do their wish and blame the leader when they are questioned

2)the best way to make him understand thats wrong is by making him aware of the students behaviour who are taking advantage of him . he can  also be made to understand by making him realise his mistakes and his duties as a class monitor. also we can explain him the cause of their irresponsibility. if we can do these he might awake and take a right action.
