Your class monitor is incharge of checking uniform of students and often penalises them when there is a fault.However ,you notice that he himself wears different types of socks and belt instead of the ones which are thepart of school uniform.Discuss with ur partner,* How this might impact the class students ?* What you think could be the best way to make him understand that that's wrong ?Pls reply me soon . The impact on other students will be very bad. Other students may think that the class monitor itself isn't improper why can't we? There will be numerous questions raised by them. Other students may be against to him. They may point out him. I would go straight away to him and say about his improper socks and belt. I wouldn't explain him detailly about the consequences of this matter.

This is very bad.And this has to be stopped else he/she should stop punishing students for their default as if he/she is only doing the same what will be the impact on others.Students will also do the same if the class monitor is only doing this.You can make him understand that this is wrong by telling him/her that this is opposite of school rules and if he/she understands then well and good and if not tell the class teacher for removing him/her from the duty and if no action is taken tell the principal.U can all first give warning to the class monitor that u will report to class teacher and principal if no action taken.If no improvement occurs in the class monitor then u can take action.These were my views.
