Today was a very educational day, I could not simply come to terms with what i had just witnessed. Today, as part of Food Bank Initiative, our class had gone for food distribution at an old age house. Just the night before, I was supr exited and was planning al, my necessary things but alas today's visit simply made me lost for words. The St Peter's old age house was in a terrible conditionn and so were the people living there.The rooms were tiny and conjusted, ther ewas very little food to eat and the people were starving! It made me feel like my donations to the initiative was very little and unjustified. I hope this visit to the old age house has taught me a good lesson about not to waste food.
