your classmate often scribbles on class wall and cut out his/her name on the class furniture. what would you do to stop him?

i would first make him understand that doing all these things is not right. i would tell him/her really calmly without being angry. if he still not listens i would raise my voice and would shout him. if still he would not stop i would complain to his parents or the teachers.
