If my friend often scribbles on class walls and cut her name on the class furniture then I will try to talk with her first.I will try to convince her that class walls get dartied by her scribbles.The whole class get scolded by the teacher for it.The class doesn't look beautiful with bad wrighting all over the walls.It is also a bad manner to cut names on the class furniture.The furniture is not occupied by her.It is the school's property.If she continues to do as she likes,I will report her behaviour to the class teacher.

If my friend does so then first I will talk to my friend and make him / her understand that it's our duty to preserve class property as responsible students. If he / she doesn't listen then I would ask my class teacher to advise her but not punishing. If we punish nothing is going to happen. So if still he / she didn't listen then action may be taken by class teacher or principal.
