If your friend does this so you can :

1) explain him polietly and friendly that this is wrong.

2) you can even tell him that if you will not stop you bad habits of scribling on wall,so i will complain to the teacher.

3) and of he is not at all leaving the habits so you can tell his parent about is behavior towards school property.

4) you can make him understand that he is coming in school for study not for destroying the beauty of school.

5)you can tell him that this is the only place where we are polish for our future so tell him to be kind toward school and school property.
