This water scarcity issue is becoming more serious with each passing year. I faced the consequences of this scarcity recently. I could not celebrate my birthday because there was no water supply in our colony. The clothes remained unwashed, the utensils remained undone. Water is so essential for life’s each and every activity. I had to postpone the celebrations. I felt very bad. Not only I was miserable, all the colony members faced lots of inconvenience. The scarcity has taught me a lesson of taking care of water. I am going to make a children’s organization to spread awareness among people. I will sensitize people to use water wisely and frugally.
