         I am Ganesh Tripathi, a resident of your area. I want to inform you that my colony is suffering from mosquito-borne diseases like dengue, malaria and chikungunya in this rainy season.

                We are requesting you to send some people from the corporation to clean the heap of garbage and repair the drainage system. Please instruct them to spread bleaching powder and spray the gas to keep the locality safe.

          I would be obliged if you look into this matter and take quick action on it.
