Dear Directors,
I have been working on the remodeling and renovation of our head Office. The buildings are now 30 years old and due maintenance is surely required. The technology with which they were made 30 years ago are mostly obsolete now as the world has advanced and we have come a long way.
While spending 1 million dollar on the renovation, as has been proposed, I would like to bring to everyone's attention the benefits of Solar power and how it can help.
Most people think Solar power is a distant dream but that's not true, today Solar Power is:
1. Affordable to Buy
2. Affordable and easy to Operate
3. Cost-effective
4. Our roof top space is enough to power 60% of the building
5. This means cost savings of 5 lack rs every month in energy costs
I know this is a radical idea but we have a time and the opportunity to not only make huge costs savings but do something good for the environment.
